“CROSSPATH” was named after the concept of “crossing paths” with professionals, investors,
and clients in dealing with transactions and investments. We “cross paths” within Japan and globally.
In 2013, we started our business in the principal investment and advisory/brokerage areas.
By 2015, we were registered as a member of the Financial Instruments Business Operators (Type II and Investment Advisory),
launching the real estate asset management business.
Our assets under management encompass various asset classes such as residential, hotel, vacation rental house, resort, and industrial assets.
In making developmental real estate transactions as well as cash-generating asset transactions, we often apply GK-TK or TMK,
common real estate financing structures in Japan.
We will utilize our expertise in providing quality services for our clients.
Under our registered services, we take the following measures to process complaints and resolve disputes as prescribed by the provisions of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act:
For “Investment Advisory Services”, we process complaints and resolve disputes related to financial instruments transaction services through complaint resolution. Unresolvable disputes between our firm and the client will be mediated by the Japan Investment Advisers Association under the provisions of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. The same procedure applies to “Type II Financial Instruments Transaction Services”.
The Japan Investment Advisers Association outsources the processing of complaints from investors regarding financial instruments transaction services offered by Association members, and the mediation of any disputes that may arise as a result, to the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center. Please contact the following organization for the above-mentioned services:
