Keigo Kuroda has been president and CEO of CROSSPATH ADVISORS, Ltd., an investment advisory firm, since 2013. CROSSPATH ADVISORS currently manages 15 asset classes worth JPY80bn across Japan, including residential, hotel, data center, and resort development. Prior to the current position, he was Director at The
Blackstone Group. He was involved in the launch and expansion of the firm’s Asian real estate division from 2007 to 2013. He was responsible for major transactions such as an acquisition of a real estate loan portfolio from a global investment bank(US$1.0bn face value), integration of Bank of Merrill Lynch’s Asia Real Estate team into Blackstone’s Asian platform, and an acquisition of a residential portfolio from an Asian sovereign wealth fund.
Before joining Blackstone, he was Vice President at Lone Star Funds from 2002 to 2007. He led various transactions, including acquisitions of distressed assets, distressed companies, NPLs (non-performing loans), hotels, golf courses, offices, residential assets, etc. The golf portfolio, PGM Holdings, went public in December of 2005. From 2000 to 2002, he was a member of UBS’s M&A team in the Investment Banking Division.
In 2000, Keigo Kuroda earned an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Previously, he studied economics at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as an exchange student. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Konan University.
Since 2013, he has been serving as an Investment Advisor to Chartwell Capital, HK based investment company. From 2020 to 2023, he served as a board member of Property Agent Inc. and then currently serves as a board member of Migalo Holdings Inc. (TSE Prime 5535) from 2023. He also serves as an external director of Taihu Japan KK, a Taiwanese craft beer brewing company’s Japan business since 2023.
Aoi Ishizawa joined CROSSPATH ADVISORS in 2016 as an asset manager, and has led asset value enhancements, acquisitions/dispositions, and refinancing of various asset classes such as hotels, residentials, and offices located in Tokyo and other regions. She also worked on various development projects and was involved in the deal structuring, project/entity set-up, financial planning, and fund management.
She began her career in 2011 with Nomura Real Estate Urban Net as a real estate broker covering corporate and retail clients. She was involved in a large-scale project for a foreign client and contributed to the first case of “inbound transaction” in the division.
After transferring to the corporate sales department, of which company's name is currently Nomura Real Estate Solutions, in 2013, she engaged in various brokerage transactions to buy and sell assets owned by foreign financial institutions as well as domestic and overseas real estate funds. She has also been involved in various real estate portfolio deals which includes disposition of the portfolio (approximately JPY2bn) by a top real estate private equity firm.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language/English Literature from Dokkyo University.

Yukari Sekiguchi joined CROSSPATH ADVISORS in 2019 as an assistant manager. She is involved in accounting control of assets and projects. She is also involved in financing transactions for TMK/GK-TK for residential and hotel assets, and currently leads our compliance-related matters for our financial instruments business. She began her career at Nomura Real Estate Urban Net as a broker for retail clients. In 2017, she joined Tokyu Livable and worked on market research/deal execution.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Aoyama Gakuin University.

Yasuhito Horigome joined CROSSPATH ADVISORS in 2020. Currently, he manages residential portfolios located in Central Tokyo owned by the TMK/GK. He also manages CROSSPATH’s balance sheet as an asset manager. He began his career at Mitsui Fudosan Facilities in 2016. He was responsible for the maintenance of commercial facilities, engaging in operational cost reduction, and client reporting. In 2019, he joined OYO Technology & Hospitality Japan. At OYO, the focus of his work was on leasing residential assets. In 2020, he joined Nihon Unist. At Nihon Unist, he helped the firm’s launch of its real estate business for the Tokyo branch by buying, selling, and developing properties.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from The Shibaura Institute of Technology.
Shizuka Koriyama joined CROSSPATH ADVISORS as an associate in 2022. As an asset manager for fund-managed properties such as hotels and data centers, she is engaged in daily operations for various AM projects in order to enhance the value of properties.
Prior to joining CROSSPATH, she joined Open House Co., Ltd. after completing her bachelor degree in 2016 and engaged in acquisition work for land to be used for various development projects. After that, she moved to a tax accountant office and worked in the real estate department, where she was involved in various real estate transactions and execution work.
She holds a bachelor's degree in the College of Economics Department of Finance and Public Economics from Nihon University.

Shiho Mizuno joined CROSSPATH ADVISORS in 2023. She, as an asset manager for fund-managed properties, has been involved in taking on new asset management projects and enhancing the value of properties.
Prior to joining CROSSPATH, she worked for a real estate brokerage firm as a new graduate in 2011, where she engaged in brokerage services for properties targeting retail customers. Subsequently, starting in 2017, she worked for a real estate developer, where she was involved in marketing activities for income properties, including sales and brokerage, as well as various back-office tasks.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language/English Literature from Dokkyo University.

Satoru Fujikawa joined CROSSPATH ADVISORS in 2024. He began his career in 2020 with Sumitomo Mitsui Finance & Leasing Co.,Ltd. where he was involved in non-recourse loans, US fund investments and private fund investment.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Prefectural University of Hiroshima.
Haru Momose joined CROSSPATH ADVISORS in 2023. After joining the CROSSPATH as an assistant, she has been engaged in real estate asset management tasks such as preparing financial reports for various projects such as residential, minpaku deals and hotels. As an asset manager, she has been working to enhance the value of real estate assets. Prior to joining CROSSPATH, she worked as an assistant for an international patent office.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Studies / British and American Studies from Nanzan University.
Haruna Matsumoto joined CROSSPATH ADVISORS in 2024. As a back office member, she is involved in assisting real estate asset management and HR/general affairs. Prior to joining CROSSPATH, she worked as a sales assistant for a real estate brokerage company.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from J.F. Oberlin University.
Saki Togashi joined CROSSPATH ADVISORS in 2024 as an assistant and the back office member. Prior to joining CROSSPATH, she worked as a security engineer building security services provided by Internet Service Provider.
Makoto Nakazawa has been an advisor of CROSSPATH ADVISORS since 2017. He began his career at Mitsui Fudosan Sales’ brokerage division and later worked in the contract auditing division of Mitsui. During the 11 years from 1999 to 2010, he was a General Manager at Disposition of Assets Division / Due Diligence & Execution Division at Hudson Japan, the asset management arm of Lone Star Funds. In 2010, he established the “Real Estate Legal Support Administrative Scrivener Office” , which provides property survey, due diligence, execution support, and consulting services for compliance and internal audits.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Waseda University. He also holds Administrative scrivener / Japanese Real Estate Broker Licensee / Real Estate Securitization Association Certified Master. He is also representative of Real Estate Legal Support Administrative Scrivener Office and representative Director of Real Estate Business Professionals Association.
Noriaki Matsumoto joined CROSSPATH ADVISORS in 2024 as a senior advisor. He oversees human resources, labor management and compliance. Prior to joining the company. He worked at Sharp Corporation for 42 years, where he worked as a general manager in human resources, labor affairs, and corporate law (general meeting of shareholders, secretariat of the board of directors), CSR, public relations, and management of a home appliance recycling company. After retiring from Sharp Corporation, he worked for two building materials manufacturers, where he worked in human resources and labor relations.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Keio University's Faculty of Commerce.
